As the Founder and Program Director of Expressions Basketball, he has built a nationally respected program recognized for developing high-level student-athletes and preparing them for success at the collegiate, professional, and international levels.

Under Quarles' leadership, Expressions Basketball has become New England's premier Nike EYBL program, earning a reputation for excellence in player development, national competition, and college placement. Through a culture built on accountability, discipline, relationships, and daily improvement, the program has consistently attracted many of the region's top prospects while competing against the nation's best on basketball's biggest stages.

Throughout his career, Quarles has helped guide the development of NBA players, professional players competing around the world, McDonald's All-Americans, and hundreds of NCAA student-athletes. His commitment extends beyond wins and losses — he has built a program focused on preparing young men for success in basketball, academics, and life.
